The client, a local developer responsible for the entire apartment construction, requires a one-stop procurement solution covering all interior and exterior building materials—including built-in furnishings, tiles, skirting, interior lighting, generators, and exterior wall tiles—with seamless door-to-door delivery from Chinese factories to the South African construction site.
Although the project is still in the preliminary communication phase, SynerLuxe has already engaged proactively, initiating supply chain matching and technical planning based on the client's renderings and initial requirements.
