Last week, SynerLuxe invited our long-term partner, a leading Chinese aluminum door and window supplier, to conduct a comprehensive product training session for our team. The training focused on the core knowledge and technical details of door and window systems, aiming to further enhance the team's professional capabilities in product configuration, process understanding, and project implementation, enabling us to provide more precise and reliable integrated solutions for our clients.
The session thoroughly covered fundamental and advanced topics, including the functional roles of doors/windows and customization logic, component structures, material and processing techniques for aluminum profiles, main product types and their suitable applications, the role and use of thermal break structures, glass processing types and configuration, the relationship and matching principles between glass and aluminum profiles, and the selection criteria for hardware components and sealing strips. Furthermore, the curriculum delved into product design configuration and installation standards, strengthening end-to-end control from design to construction.
To consolidate the learning outcomes, a pop quiz was arranged at the end of the training. SynerLuxe staff participated actively and performed seriously, with several colleagues achieving perfect scores, demonstrating solid understanding and creating a focused yet enthusiastic atmosphere.
