Recently, SynerLuxe invited our long-term, in-depth partner—a leading domestic office chair supplier—to conduct a systematic and professional product training session for our internal team. This training aimed to comprehensively enhance the team’s understanding of office chair product systems, craftsmanship standards, and testing regulations, enabling us to provide more precise, ergonomic, reliable, and well-designed seating solutions for global high-end office spaces, hotels, and residential projects.
The training systematically covered the core dimensions of office chair products. Starting from a foundational overview, it detailed key knowledge such as material composition, application scenarios, backrest height classifications, and adjustment mechanisms. The focus then shifted to different product categories—mesh chairs, leather chairs, sofas, and public seating—with an in-depth analysis of the structural features, material craftsmanship, functional advantages, and suitable applications for each type, establishing a clear product awareness framework. Furthermore, the training emphasized the interpretation of mainstream international and domestic testing standards, such as BIFMA, QB/T 2280, and EN 1335, clarifying their common test items and quality thresholds. This has laid a solid foundation for the team to develop scientific and objective product evaluation capabilities.
To reinforce the learning outcomes, a targeted pop quiz was arranged at the end of the session. Team members actively participated and answered earnestly, demonstrating the consistent focus and dedication to learning that characterizes the SynerLuxe team.
